Founded in 1995, ALTAY RESOURCES, TOO has evolved from a regional processing unit into one of Kazakhstan’s premier oil refining and petrochemical complexes. Located strategically in the Atyrau region, the heart of the Caspian oil basin, our facility bridges the gap between raw natural resources and the global demand for high-quality energy products. We are a key node in the trans-continental energy infrastructure.
Over the past three decades, we have invested over $1.2B in modernization projects, upgrading our hydrocracking and catalytic reforming units to ensure all output meets the rigorous Euro-5 and international ASTM standards. Our continuous improvement philosophy means we are constantly adopting new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce our carbon footprint.
